Handling a team of Customer
care / Debtors
Work distribution amongst the team members for smooth and well coordinated functioning of the
Taking aggressive follow ups for payments from parties by mailing bill wise details and also by giving time to time calls to the parties for payment updation.
Coordinating with other team members for payment follow-ups and updation.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly collection report of whole debtors department and reporting to the management.
Solving different querries of parties related to orders and product dispatch, forwarding the querries to concerned departments and taking feedback so as to resolve the query successfully.
Providing bill wise and other accounts details to Tender department
Coordinating with tender department for payment updation.
Ensuring timely payment updations by parties and if not done then updating the same to the management and to the legal advisor for further proceedings.
Keeping MIS of daily receivable of cheques.
Ensuring whether the entries of cheques / Rtgs /Neft done properly in the system and if not then informing immediately to the concerned department for smooth working.
